The role

As one of our Step Up tutors, your main responsibilities include:

  • Working with students either 1 to 1 or with groups
  • Delivering engaging, impactful, and growth-focused sessions
  • Prioritising student comfort to build a productive environment
  • Setting work for students to complete between sessions to supercharge their knowledge
